Credibility of Manufacturer Increases the Client Database

Manufacturers offer products in all over the world through their contacts but some of them cannot approach anyone because they don’t know the tactics of marketing & sales. People sell their products in one country and then make contacts through that client. 

I am working as an overseas marketing consultant for China building material who deals in door and window hardware accessories and offer handles, rollers, friction stay, weather strips, locks etc. I just made a deal with one customer who is located in Vietnam and she was glad to see our product quality and quick service. She recommended our company to their friends and other people who also deal in the same product line and that are how our client database increases. Now we have five customers in Vietnam who are dealing in door and window accessories and getting benefits through our products. That is why it is really important to meet the customer expectation for long run.

Trade Shows

Trade shows is an exhibition which is organized by the companies for a particular industry so people can come over there and showcase their products for gaining more attention of their target customers. Trade shows are open for traders and citizens of the specific country. The most demanding trade shows are those which held in China because it is the only country where people approach them for mass production, high quality products with competitive price and low quality products with low price. 

I am working as a marketing consultant for exterior door hardware manufacturer or commercial door locks manufacturer which is located in China. We deal in all kinds of door and window hardware by providing quality product and competitive price. For us, trade shows are very important platform where we can meet our buyers over there and assist them to build long term relationships. As per my job description, I note down all the details of trade shows held in a whole year and then send it to my client. Now it depends on the owner which country they select. And it is decided on the basis of the details of trade shows like the quantity of visitors, price acceptance in that country etc.

Companies Facing Problem on Chinese Festival

China is the only manufacturing country where they produce products in a huge quantity with low price. That is why most of the companies in all over the world approach Chinese manufacturers for mass production.

I am working as a marketing consultant for exterior door hardware manufacturer or commercial door locks manufacturer which is located in China. We deal in all kinds of door and window hardware by providing quality product and competitive price. As we all know that Chinese festival starts in the month of February due to this all factories are close for a month and companies are facing difficulties to get an order. Every company needs an order within 10-15 days but due to the festival the order deliver in the month of March. I met one buyer from Vietnam who was interested to place an order but they need all the goods in the month of February which was not possible that is why they delayed their order in March. 

That is why companies are facing issues because of the Chinese festival, it is good for their citizens but other companies will suffer a lot.

Terms and Conditions

Whenever people need the mass production then they contact manufacturers and everyone knows that China is the only country where you can get huge amount of products with low price. 

I am working as a marketing consultant for exterior door hardware manufacturer or commercial door locks manufacturer which is located in China. We deal in all kinds of door and window hardware by providing quality product and competitive price. Every manufacturers has their own terms and conditions similarly we have our own terms including delivery time, payment methods, minimum order quantity, sample order payment and others. We always take 50% advance payment then start produce the required products and take 25 days for production then ask for the remaining 50% payment then deliver the goods. As far as the payment is concerned, we get payment through Telegraphic transfer not other mode of payment. These delivery time and Payment method creates issues from customer point of view because they need it in 10-15 days and it is too difficult for the manufacturers to manufacture them quickly. 

Terms and condition are important for the buyer’s point of view. And company has to follow their rules and regulations to sign the contract.
