I am working as a marketing
consultant of exterior door hardware manufacturer who is located in China. So I used to find out buyers for
them, promote their company through different communication channels and
appoint a meeting if someone is interested to meet our management. I just spoke
to a buyer who is related to Hong Kong and asked for multi point handles for
Window. As we are proficient in this product so we will give a value added
service for customize product.

He gave me a product with sample
design, required material, sizes and quantity and asked me the CIF price at
Hong Kong. When I forwarded the inquiry to my concerned department they will
give a price which is attractive and accepted by the customer. Now payment
procedures, shipment method and delivery time need to be discussed. After this
thing we realized that it does not matter that buyer always like our standard
product which is available in our stock. Some customers come up with their own
product design so we have to entertain them too.
That is why door hardware manufacturer keeps increasing their product line and
provide the customized product which became a market practice now.
